Windsurfing Beluga Point

  The view from Beluga Point is one of the "must see" sights for visitors to Anchorage.  Only about a 20 minute drive from downtown, you are already in wilderness.  There is a large parking lot there which always has cars or tour buses.  When the tide is in, a common sight is windsurfers racing across the water.  At low tide the water has completely drained.  This is the second highest tide in the world.
